How one seller listed 2,000+ bath and kitchen products with under 1% “not as described” returns
A multi-brand bath and kitchen seller took 2,000+ products online with exact data. Returns for products not matching their listings stayed under 1%, against about 5% for the category.

Why do bath fittings get returned online?
Most buyers had never chosen these products themselves. A plumber or contractor usually did, so shoppers didn’t know the technical details. Complaints followed: the wrong size, a product that didn’t fit existing holes or fixtures, and items that didn’t look like their photos.
The seller had none of the data needed to prevent that. Product details were scattered across brand websites, print and PDF catalogs, and many dimensions and weights weren’t published anywhere.

FAQ
Why do bathroom fixtures get returned on Amazon?
Mostly fit: buyers who aren’t plumbers can’t tell if a faucet or basin will fit their existing holes or fixtures unless the listing shows exact dimensions.
Can you list products that have no photos or published specs?
Yes. We shoot the products, measure what catalogs leave out, and have the brand validate every attribute before it goes live.
